Blue Screen

Finally, gone for quite awhile. There's a lot to blog about now since there's an internet connection. I may have to spare the Temburong trip we had on the 9th. I'll blog about it as soon as I have our pictures. I don't even have one now.. uhh..

Whatever it is, I can talk a bit of what happened yesterday and lil bit of today. It was yesterday, I bought The Sims 2 'Platinum Edition' costing $12. Its quite costy for a pirated copy. I never had a 'Platinum' edition of Sims 2 copy. I was kinda surprised I gotta install some sort of driver into my computer, I was just following the given instructions given in the CD. And so, I did it. It was only in the middle of installing process of the driver (DAEMON Tool), the Blue Screen showed up. Hey,if a blue screen stating some words like '..system has to shut down..', it ain't a good thing. Even the guy from the Yappe shop said "Oh..The Blue Screen of death". I was going through one of my worst times ever. My laptop was corrupted! Damn that driver! I just paid $12 for disaster. Omg.. I was so damn pissed that time. My previous handphone was dead about a month ago. Then, my laptop.

So, me and my father sent my laptop for RE-FORMAT (to Yappe shop in KB), which means, my laptop had to renew the operating system. I never knew the Blue Screen could be so deadly. I can't really expect myself to buy the original copy of every game everytime. The least I could pay for the originals is about $30 approximately. $20+ for lame games. I dare not to use much of my parents cash to buy everything I ever desired~~sorry Mum..Dad. Back to the Yappe shop scene!

And the computer guy asked me "What seems to be the problem?" (along with his computer-freak-ish accent). I answered "I was trying to install a driver for my game when this Blue screen showed up". He didn't really have a choice for me and concluded that..he gotta re-format my laptop. (damn...) Okay..but I got lucky when he asked me "Is there any 'important' document you want us to backup?". Oh yea! I wanna backup the school events pictures, my private pictures, my 2 GB worth of music files and most importantly, my Adobe Photoshop CS4!! Well..I didn't really say that but those were the files I wanna keep. Too bad he said, they had to remove all applications installed in my laptop's system because he gotta install the whole thing from scratch. NO!! my precious CS4...

About 5pm today, me and my family went out to fill up our empty tummies and to collect my laptop from the 'ICU'. It was cured and stuff. Good thing that computer guy backed up most of my files I saved in my laptop. Which means, I still have my PSCS4 installer!! Only I gotta crack it to full version all over again.

While in KB town, a little cute 'incident' happened. It wasn't really an incident but unexpected. Wanna know what it was? Okay..get ready for some suspense..I got out from the computer servicing shop, kept walking to my dad's car. Opened the door, with my eyes still scoping the town when I saw Leena's cousin in a Tucson driving by. I wasn't so bothered at first. In mind, I was only like "Oh, it's her cousin.". Then the cute thing happened. Leena was at the backseat!! (apakan?? hahah) Hehe.. Now I know where those reflecting rays came from. hahah.. Smile and waved.

Now,here's the new incident that did happened around my area. My mum and my elder bro told me they saw an accident involving a 4WD and a police car. That kinda scared me. Well, I'm gonna take my driving lessons in this month. As told by my mum, it was kinda clear that the accident was not the police's fault. I guess they were patrolling the area when the 4wheeler came and hit them out of nowhere. I know the driver's gonna say "I didn't see that car". Yea, if it wasn't for fast driving and in a rush like something was about explode, that wouldn't happen and the brakes will perform best when you drive at moderate speed. KB ain't a circuit. So hey, drive safely. You can't buy life with insurance.
